There was no downtime at all, and it was seamless. And the biggest thing is the forecast to project time: they were on it. We were never delayed. IT Partner fulfilled their scope when they said they would.

I need somebody like IT Partner who's willing to listen and understand. … if they don't understand, they say, ‘Hey, do you have five, ten minutes? Let's jump on a call. You show me, and I'll send it to the team, and we'll come up with a solution.’

Jeff describes UNCO's move from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365, including phones, while the company kept operating: data mirrored across the cutover, no downtime that guests could see, help re-organizing shared drives into SharePoint, and a project delivered on the forecast dates.

So I need somebody like IT Partner who's willing to listen and understand. That's the biggest thing that I love about them, too: if they don't understand, they say, ‘Hey, do you have five, ten minutes? Let's jump on a call. You show me, and I'll send it to the team, and we'll come up with a solution.’ That's the biggest thing with them. That's why I'll recommend them.

Another question I wanted to ask you, Jeff, was around the Google migration to Microsoft. How was that process for you, was there any downtime, and what did you really experience with IT Partner?

They were able to create the environment so that the ‘left seat, right seat’ transition, as I'll call it, could happen: we're driving Google, we're still operating as a company, and we realized the Microsoft Office suite and everything they offer was what we needed. So [there was no] downtime. Whether it was moving our phone systems over or anything else, the guests didn't see the effects of that. We were able to get the data pushed over after the line of no return; we mirrored it, and there was almost no downtime for us. We made some mistakes as a company, because this was the first time we'd ever done a migration like this, and IT Partner was able to say, ‘Okay, this might not be the right way to go about it,’ because you're taking these huge forms of shared data that each person has on their shared drive, and organizing it was the biggest mistake that we made. IT Partner helped us formulate a system to better the way we store our data within SharePoint. There was no downtime at all, and it was seamless. And the biggest thing is the forecast to project time: they were on it. We were never delayed. IT Partner fulfilled their scope when they said they would.
