Terms of Service. Short, because our model is simple.
Effective July 26, 2026. These terms govern your use of o365hq.com, operated by IT Partner LLC(“IT Partner”, “we”), a US Microsoft Solutions Partner founded in 2006. Using the site means you accept them. Actual engagements — subscriptions, licenses, project work — are governed by the specific agreement or statement of work you sign with us, which controls over these terms.
Pricing, quotes & ordering
Prices shown are information, not an offer. Subscription and license prices on this site are Microsoft’s published US list prices, synced from the official CSP price list. They change monthly and by segment (Commercial, Nonprofit, Education, Government), and Microsoft — not we — sets them. A price becomes binding only when a human on our team confirms it in a signed quote or order.
Quotes are estimates until confirmed. Quote pages generated on this site — including quotes prepared by our AI assistant or requested by your own AI agent, which are always clearly labeled as such — are priced from the current list in good faith but must be verified by the IT Partner sales team before purchase. Accepting a quote online expresses intent; it does not provision anything or create a payment obligation. There is no automated purchasing on this site. Every order is reviewed, confirmed, and provisioned by a person.
Services are fixed-price, pay-after-approval. Implementation services show a fixed price and duration up front; you pay after you approve the delivered work, per the statement of work for the engagement.
The AI assistant & automated access
The website assistant answers from our real catalog but can be wrong — its answers and its quotes are not commitments, and anything that matters gets checked by a human before it’s final. Conversations are logged as described in the Privacy Notice.
We welcome AI agents and automated clients on the surfaces built for them — the agent guide, llms.txt, the markdown mirrors, and the MCP API — within their published rate limits. Circumventing rate limits, misrepresenting AI-prepared quotes as human-verified, scraping in preference to the provided machine-readable surfaces, or using the site to mislead your own users is prohibited and may result in access being blocked.
Content & trademarks
Site content (text, comparisons, guides, code) is ours or licensed to us; you may read, link, quote with attribution, and let your AI tools consume the surfaces we publish for that purpose. Microsoft, Microsoft 365, Azure, and related marks are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation — we are an independent Microsoft Solutions Partner, and nothing here implies we are Microsoft. Product names appear for identification.
Disclaimers & liability
The site is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep prices, comparisons, and licensing guidance current and correct, but we disclaim warranties of completeness and fitness for a particular purpose for website content; licensing decisions should be confirmed with us (that’s what the free call is for). To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from use of the website itself is limited to $100; liability under signed engagements is addressed in those agreements. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Housekeeping
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules; disputes belong to the state or federal courts in Delaware. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stands. We may update these terms; the effective date above tracks the current version, and continued use after a change is acceptance.
