Good afternoon, Taylor. Today we host Chambers Theory, a client we've been working with for a number of years, and Taylor is our key contact there. First of all, thank you for agreeing to participate and share your feedback about our partnership. Over to you: if you could briefly introduce yourself and describe how we've been partnering over the last couple of years.
My name is Taylor. I work for a property management company called Chambers Theory. We are based out of the metro DC area, mainly focused in Northern Virginia. We manage about 1,000 properties right now, with about 30 employees. When we first worked with IT Partner, I think it was right around the start of 2020, right at the start of COVID and lockdown. We were about five employees at the time, and we've grown to about 30. What IT Partner has helped us do is work totally digital and remote, where most of our employees are working from home, or across the country, and even across the world. They were able to help us get our systems in place to allow that to happen. We are very fortunate, because I'm not sure where we would be with all our employees based on-site.
That's great to hear. Could you describe the day-to-day services we provide, our responsiveness and efficiency, and any feedback on the scope of the service, in terms of break-fix support and ad hoc tasks?
Initially we started with IT Partner to convert our full company into the Microsoft [environment], where we had been using a different domain and everything. IT Partner manages and helps us add and remove Microsoft licenses for our employees. We typically just send an email to ask for a couple of additional licenses, for Office 365, or Power Apps, or voice calls, and within probably an hour it's all set up and assigned by them, which is a huge benefit for us. [They] also recently included Endpoint Manager to help with asset management for all of our employees that work remotely. We're able to manage, track and reset our computers remotely. They set that up and gave me a step-by-step of what I need to do, and it's been working really well on our end. Also, for probably six months I was working with our IT rep, who was helping us with security across our whole environment. We would set a meeting every other week to go through our security score and look at how to improve it. All of that was huge and beneficial, and free, and it was a big help on our side.
Excellent. The Intune implementation was a really big project. Reflecting on our overall partnership: how has collaborating with IT Partner affected Chambers Theory's longer-term goals?
We're going to continue using IT Partner moving forward. We have some bigger aspirations for where our company is heading. We're looking to expand across the country in different locations, and I know we'll have to work on our whole system to allow that to happen. I'm really going to rely on IT Partner to guide us in the right direction on how to set that up. We're also looking to utilize some other Microsoft features, and I'll probably be looking for some help with that within the next couple of months, to see how to implement it.
Thanks very much, Taylor. Before we conclude, is there anything you'd like to share, or any message for potential clients considering partnering with IT Partner?
You guys have been great. IT Partner has been great. When we were first looking at different partners with Microsoft, our Microsoft representative handed us, I think, six different companies, mainly for the migration of our environment, and IT Partner was by far the [most] reasonable price that we could find that had the highest reviews and ratings, not only from our Microsoft rep, but just online. I think we did our due diligence, and it was a big success on our side.
Thank you so much, Taylor. It's been a pleasure serving Chambers Theory, and we look forward to many more years of successful collaboration.
Happy to help. Thanks.
