Hello, and thank you very much for joining this session. As a valued customer of IT Partner, your feedback is instrumental to us. Today I'd like to discuss M2 Strategy's experience working with IT Partner. To kick off: how would you describe your overall experience working with us, particularly your recent interactions and ongoing support?
Of course. I've been with M2 Strategy about six years now, and I believe you've always been our vendor for those six years, and your service is fantastic. It could be anything from IT support to even this new Intune provisioning that we're just rolling out for all our new computers. Your sales team, your accounting team, everyone is very friendly, easy to work with and always available. We have nothing but compliments for you all.
Thank you. On the Intune implementation specifically: did it meet or exceed your expectations, and were there any strategic objectives behind it?
It was very new to all of us. We didn't even know it existed, that we could use a system like Intune to provision the computers, and it is changing the way we do business. We always had to incur the time and energy of imaging our own laptops, so the fact that we can now essentially do everything virtually is fantastic. We worked with a couple of people at IT Partner on this; Kay was our main point of contact, and she is awesome. She's very easy to work with. She gathered all of our requirements, fine-tuned them, walked us through how to provision new computers, and explained the why behind everything. She was patient. She reviewed one of the new standard operating procedures we created after we spoke with her. We've just started using it for two employees, because it's brand new, and we're about to do it for 30 more employees over the next 30 days. We have nothing but compliments for this. We haven't had any hiccups yet. Actually, I take that back: we had one hiccup, which was self-induced. I accidentally clicked the wrong button and retired a laptop, and Kay was all over it. She diagnosed it and turned everything around in less than a day.
Let's talk about the impact on your business operations more broadly. In what ways has the partnership affected your daily operations, and how do you see it over the next half-year, year, two years?
Strategically, we love having you as partners, because you really give us peace of mind on the day-to-day operations. It's pretty easy for us, because we are an IT consulting firm, so we're pretty savvy with computers. But if there's anything that's too technical for us to handle, you're always available. I never feel lost. Any time we open a ticket, even if another employee needs help, you're always there. So we never have that anxiety of ‘Are we going to be able to help our employees with computer issues?’ From a broader scale, it really gives us peace of mind. […] We've had nothing but amazing experiences with you. I don't see that changing in the subsequent years, especially as we get bigger and more problems come up. We're actually looking forward to it.
Based on your experience, would you recommend our services to others? And are there any additional services or support you foresee needing in the future?
I don't really know if I would add anything right now. You pretty much do it all. You manage our licenses; you add licenses if we need them, or remove them. When the renewal is coming up, you remind us: ‘Hey, if you want to make any changes…’ It feels like we don't really have to keep track that much, because you're always there for us. One suggestion, if it's something you wanted to do: if you ever wanted to offer some continuous training for your clients, even twice a year, on something they might find valuable, our main IT people, myself and a couple of others in the firm, would sign up just to understand a tool a bit better: the Exchange piece of Microsoft, or Azure, or any of the other components of the administrative platform. But outside of that, I don't really see anything to add.
Training-wise, that's more than feasible; we can discuss it separately. Thank you very much for your time and for sharing your feedback.
Of course. Thank you. If you need anything else, just reach out.
