So it's an opportunity cost, really. I don't have to focus on learning how to maintain my Azure environment; I can focus on my business. It saves me hundreds of hours, because there's no way I could have set this thing up by myself.
Thank you so much, James, for joining us today and sharing your experience with IT Partner. Could you tell me a little bit about your company and your role?
Sure. My company is Foster Business Consulting. I'm the managing partner and the founder. We're a small company, about 10 employees. Most of our employees are consultants working virtually with our clients. We generally work in the healthcare insurance space.
What would you say your main drivers were to seek out new IT and cybersecurity solutions for your company?
I needed someone that, one, had the experience and the knowledge in the Azure environment. I deal with PHI and I deal with company-confidential information, so I have to have the gold standard of environments, and that's what Azure brings. And then, in order to set it up, I needed someone that knew what they were doing at the right price point. That's where IT Partner came in.
And what type of results would you say you achieved overall by working with IT Partner?
One of the things we're doing is launching a new product, a software product that we're launching as a service. It's not available on the internet yet, but it will be. I needed an environment where I could accept confidential client data and run our software on it, and it needed to be completely locked down. I wouldn't have been able to secure the clients I have, because the first thing they do is take me through an environment review and check the security, to make sure I've got all the processes in place but also the right infrastructure. Without this environment, I wouldn't be able to go to market with my product.
One more question: how likely are you to recommend IT Partner, and why should someone who's listening to this act right now and work with IT Partner?
I would absolutely recommend them. I will tell you that they are absolutely focused on getting the job done, and the job done right. They provide advice. They provide you with all the information you need in order to make decisions. When you submit tickets to get things done, as simple as adding users or correcting an issue, they get back to you within about an hour and jump right on it. And you're talking to a person, whether it's through email or what have you; you're talking to a real person. It feels like I've just got an IT department in my company whenever I need them.
I appreciate you taking the time out of your day to join us. Thank you again.
Well, thank you. I appreciate the opportunity.
