This demo highlights Zava Telecom, a U.S.-based communications provider, as it transforms Network Operations Center (NOC) incident management from reactive firefighting to proactive, autonomous network operations. The scenario follows a real-world Priority Flow Control (PFC) storm on switch SW-TOR-05, where a human-in-the-loop NOC Manager (Chou) collaborates with a supervisor agent (Niobe) and specialized agents to automate detection, diagnosis, mitigation, validation, and ticketing-reducing customer-impacting downtime and improving KPIs such as packet loss, throughput, latency, and MTTR.
