Azure Databricks Data & AI Demo for Retail

This demo shows how a retail analytics landscape is unified by integrating Azure Databricks and Microsoft Fabric into a single, governed, end-to-end data and AI platform. Data from multiple sources is ingested through Lakeflow, Event Hub, and Fabric pipelines into a Databricks Lakehouse using medallion architecture and open formats for scalable, interoperable data management, with Unity Catalog providing centralized governance, security, lineage, and access control across analytics and AI workloads. On this foundation, Databricks enables large-scale data engineering, streaming, SQL analytics. Runs in a live demo tenant with realistic data — you try the real thing, not a slide deck.
