Microsoft's unified data and AI platform empowers financial institutions to break down data silos, enforce governance, and accelerate innovation. This internal demo showcases how technologies like Azure Databricks, Azure OpenAI, and Copilot transform operations across Retail Banking, Capital Markets, and Insurance. As part of the demo, we created a Smart Genie Agent using Copilot Studio, pulling data directly from Unity Catalog. This agent was then integrated with Microsoft Teams to enable natural language interactions. Additionally, we connected the Databricks Genie with AI Foundry and furthe Runs in a live demo tenant with realistic data — you try the real thing, not a slide deck.
