Finalize deployment

Deploy the Azure VM from the uploaded VHD with the agreed licensing model, configure connectivity, and configure high availability if required.

Prerequisites

Active Azure subscription available with permissions to create or manage storage accounts, disks, virtual machines, networking objects, and related Azure resources required for the migration.

Sufficient Azure Storage capacity, network bandwidth, or an agreed offline transfer approach is available for VHD transfer.
Application owners or business users are available to validate application connectivity and functional access after the Azure VM is deployed.
