This service description provides an overview of the user information synchronization between Azure AD (Entra ID) and Ramp, a cloud-based integration solution that enables seamless and secure data exchange between two platforms for managing employee information. The service allows users to create, update, and deactivate employee accounts in both systems with a single action, ensuring data consistency and accuracy across the organization. The service also supports custom mapping of user attributes, and logging of synchronization activities for auditing purposes.
Benefits • Reduce manual work and human errors by automating the creation, update, and deactivation of user accounts in both Azure AD and Ramp. • Ensure data quality and compliance by maintaining consistent and accurate user information across the two platforms. • Monitor and troubleshoot synchronization issues by accessing detailed logs of synchronization activities and errors.
Features • One-way or bidirectional synchronization of user information between Azure AD and Ramp. • Custom mapping of user attributes, such as name, email, phone number, department, job title, etc. • Support for different synchronization modes, such as full synchronization, incremental synchronization, or on-demand synchronization. • Logging of synchronization activities and errors for auditing and troubleshooting purposes.
