Methodology: Lineage, from the founder: IT Partner started in May 2006 in Moscow, founded by Mike Mackey and joined about a year later by his brother Alex. Through 2013 it operated in the Russian market as a small but highly visible Microsoft partner — early on emerging Microsoft technologies, featured in Microsoft-published case studies, and invited to Microsoft's Worldwide Partner Conference. In 2013 Mike immigrated to the United States and formed a new Delaware LLC to serve clients under US law — filed 7/9/2013 as OFFICE365HQ LLC, renamed IT Partner, LLC by certificate of amendment in 2015. The US company is a fresh formation carrying forward the brand, leadership, and practice — not a legal successor; no assets or liabilities transferred. The original Russia-based company was sold in early 2014. International business outside the US is today handled by Alex through separate legal entities (Ireland, UAE, Australia, Singapore, and others), independent of the US company.
