On behalf of Ethnos Canada, I wish to state that the IT Partner team was extremely helpful in getting our non-profit organization moved into the Office365 environment we now are using.
The IT Partner team of SME’s was essential to our understanding of the workloads we would need to share and those that would be handled apart from collaboration.
A few minor obstacles were overcome after the initial migration of account names was completed. All in all, our project went well. We are so thankful for the kindness and effort on the part of IT Partners in helping us to meet our deadline.

Since May 16, 2022, the remote support Quick Assist for Windows 10/11 is an app out of support. Microsoft moved Quick Assist to the Store to increase the app's security, reduce application errors and achieve significant improvement in passcode generation times.
