  • Email Us: Quickly send an email to IT Partner. Use this channel for non-urgent inquiries or to report issues,
  • Call Us: Obtain contact details for phone support. When urgent assistance is required, dial the provided number to connect with IT Partner experts,
  • Request a Call Back: If you prefer a callback, submit your request here. Specify the issue, and an IT Partner representative will reach out to you promptly,
  • Schedule a Meeting: Arrange virtual meetings with IT Partner specialists. Discuss complex issues, project requirements, or strategic planning,

To get started

Get started with just these steps:

  • Find ‘ITP Assistant’ app in the Teams Apps store,
  • Add the app to your Teams application,
  • Grant required permissions* (if you don’t have Global Admin role assigned, please contact your IT dept. specialists).

*The list of required permissions:

  • Read directory data,
  • Send a teamwork activity to any user,
  • Sign in and read user profile,
  • Read all users' full profiles.
