Create and implement one of the following automation services:
  1. Approval process when a new item is added to SharePoint. The approver can view his approval requests in the Approvals Center and by email. Once an item is approved or rejected, the item creator receives a confirmation email
  2. Tracking your work hours and work location. Each button tap logs the current time and location to an Excel table
  3. Keeping up to date on new customer opportunities. Instead of manually tracking sales leads, let Microsoft Flow notify you of new Dynamics 365 or Salesforce opportunities as they’re generated
  4. Getting notified about negative posts on social media like Twitter and Facebook
  5. Automatization and approval of user creation process

Client responsibilities

  1. Coordinate Client resources and staff schedules
  2. Provide a dedicated point of contact responsible for working with IT Partner
  3. Provide an account in the required services with the rights necessary to implement the service
  4. Coordinate any outside vendor resources and schedules
  5. Review and approve engagement deliverables in a timely manner
  6. Request and approve all change management tickets (if available) in the Client environment

Prerequisites

  1. You must have the appropriated Office 365 subscription or should be prepared to purchase it
