Order delivery for Microsoft licenses

We place an order for licenses immediately after the receipt of payment. Microsoft licenses, activation keys and media is available on Microsoft VLSC website usually within 1 or 2 days after placing the order with Microsoft. The customer’s contact person receives an e-mail notification from Microsoft that the licenses have been issued.

The Microsoft VLSC site is a system through which Microsoft Volume Licensing customers can view information about purchased licenses, download media, obtain activation keys, and manage subscriptions and benefits through volume licensing programs. To gain access to the system, you need to register. See the following instructions:

How do I register to use VLSC to manage my agreements?

Management of your volume licenses using the VLSC is possible only if you are a registered user of the site. Registration requires a Microsoft Account and a valid business email address (the email address provided on your Volume License Agreement or Open License Order). To register as a VLSC user, complete the following steps:

Navigate to https://www.microsoft.com/licensing/servicecenter

Click “Sign In Now” to access the Sign-in page.

In the E-mail addressand Password boxes, enter your Microsoft Account credentials.

Click Sign In to access the VLSC Registration page.

In both the Business E-mail and Confirm your Business E-mail boxes, type the business email address associated with your agreements.

Click Submitto complete your registration. A notification requesting validation is sent to the business email address that you entered.

Follow the instructions in the validation email and sign-in to the VLSC with the Microsoft Account that you previously associated with your business email address.
