IT Partner
Why IT Partner

The same Microsoft 365. A partner you can actually verify.

Since May 2006, organizations have run their Microsoft 365 through IT Partner because of what we don't do: no sales commissions, no hidden pricing, no lock-in. Engineers answer, prices are public, and every claim on this page links to somewhere you can check it.

Public prices. One-click revocable access. Claims verified live at /verify.

03 / The short version

Four things we do differently — each one checkable.

People

Engineers answer. Nobody here works on commission.

No one at IT Partner is paid a sales commission — not for signing you, not for upselling you. The person who replies is paid to solve the problem, and the founder is a booking link away.

Pricing

Our subscription prices are public.

Every Microsoft 365 plan we sell is listed with its price, before you ever talk to us. Project work is quoted fixed, in writing, before it begins.

Evidence

Our claims are verified live, not asserted.

Partner designations are pulled from Microsoft's own directory while you watch. Response-time claims are measured. If we can't prove something, we don't say it.

Exit

Leaving is a setting, not a negotiation.

You can revoke our admin permissions yourself, in one click, anytime. If you move to another partner, we contractually guarantee approval of the CSP transfer.

06 / In their words

What clients said on camera.

“When you submit tickets to get things done, as simple as adding users or correcting an issue, they get back to you within about an hour and jump right on it. … It feels like I've just got an IT department in my company whenever I need them.”
James, founder and managing partner, Foster Business Consulting · transcript, 2:49
“…we love having you as partners, because you really give us peace of mind on the day-to-day operations. … Any time we open a ticket, even if another employee needs help, you're always there.”
Steve, M2 Strategy · transcript, 4:11

What people check before switching.

No. A partner switch happens at the licensing and billing layer only — no data migration, no client reconfiguration, no password resets, no downtime. Same tenant before and after; only the reseller relationship changes.
Licenses are at the public prices on our subscriptions page. Project and support work is quoted as a fixed price, in writing, before anything begins.
No. You can revoke our admin permissions yourself in one click, and if you move to another partner we contractually guarantee approval of the CSP transfer, following Microsoft's documented process.
Engineers. Nobody at IT Partner is paid a sales commission, so there is no handoff from a salesperson to "the technical team" — the person who replies is the technical team. The founder keeps a public booking link.
Our /verify page runs live checks — partner designations pulled from Microsoft's directory in real time, measured response times, and the evidence behind every published number. You can also ask any AI assistant to check us independently at /ai-check.
Partner economics: Microsoft compensates CSP partners, and our costs stay low — no commissioned sales team, no expensive ad machine. We've written up the full mechanics, including when we are not the cheapest option.
