IT Partner responsibilities  #

1. Create the statement of work with Client staff.
2. Design a development plan.
3. Engineer tailored solutions if needed.
4. Create user-friendly instructions.
5. Provide ongoing solution support after implementation.

Client responsibilities  #

1. Coordinate resources and staff schedules.
2. Provide a dedicated point of contact responsible for working with IT Partner.
3. Provide all the necessary information for the statement of work preparation.
4. Grant necessary service account access and rights for implementation.
5. Coordinate any outside vendor resources and schedules.
6. Configure network equipment such as load balancers, routers, firewalls, and switches.
7. Review and approve engagement deliverables in a timely manner.
8. Request and approve all change management tickets (if applicable) in the Client environment.

Prerequisites  #

1. You must have the appropriate Microsoft 365 subscription or should be prepared to purchase it.
